AFL players are a completely different kind of athlete to NRL players. Greg Inglis moving to the AFL is like Usain Bolt trying his hand at a marathon....

Lots of interchanges but lots of running. They are elite athletes of a different kind to RL players. Endurance is by far the biggest stumbling block between the RL players and success in the AFL.FONK

"It was the most running I've ever done in any game in my career."
Hunt's endurance is McKenna's biggest concern after the code-crossing athlete suffering cramps during his first senior Australian rules match against Coburg last Saturday.FONK

When he's on.. he's on. I'd take him any day of the week if he was consistent
You can't buy that.

I agree about the sentiments about Inglis. Great player when he is on, but lazy as all hell for most games. I actually think him at fullback is his best position. He has plenty of time and room to move, he HAS to get involved at least once in a set of six and he is big enough to break the line and get a quick play the ball. I wouldn't want him at the club unless he got some consistency. For a 4,5 or 600k player, his performance doesn't live up to that tag week in week out. You can easily get two fantastic youngsters, such as Hoffman, Vidot or O'Neill for that price.
