I'd love to see Fitzy back at the Roosters, but seriously I cant see him on the field...100% behind him supporting our forwards and showing all the boys what wearing the rw&B means but geez lets move forward....

I'd love to have Fitzy back at the club - just not playing.
Getting these past players - especially legends like Fitzy - involved with the club in any capacity is important for building club spirit and culture.
Fitzy had great passion for the club as did a lot of the blokes around the time he played (Freddie, Ricko, Morley, Soliola etc). I would love to see all of these blokes back in some capacity when they finish playing, be it on the coaching and training staff, admin, junior development or recruitment.
As long as they are mentored / guided / trained in these roles - rather than being thrown straight in as head coach! Although there is an extra overhead of training these blokes in these roles, what they give back to the club would be invaluable.
Keep the club legends involved in the club!

I would just hate to see him finish his career injured or out of form. He has already had one dud farewell.

And don't give me this age bullshit...some players have that inner strength to go the extra mile and Fitzy still has it...we should have never got rid of him...

Also does anyone know where Stanley and Sisa Waqa ended up?

We don't want him back. Atleast this year we've managed to put some points on the board (regardless of our woeful defence). Fitzgibbon back in our lineup would end up seeing the return of the "clogged up" set. There was no better player in the game that would manage to clog up an attacking opportunity than Anzac.

He was the only carnt who ran the ball with a bit of ticker last year!
He got bashed week in week out because of Freddy's beautiful game plan consisting of inside balls off Pearce.Yet he was still the first one there to hit it up!
