Shame. They are building a good squad for the future up north. I think they'll go on a good run toward the end of the season and be contenders the next.

Every team needs a strongly established 1/6/7/9 combination, to be completely honest.

At the moment we have Carney/Anasta/Pearce, and we will most likely end up with Dugan/Carney/Pearce. Both are good, but really we have not had a single good rake since Wingy.

L'Estrange was a very very good hooker IMO, but we let him go. Aubusson never really hit his straps with us, Brown was tough but limited, Brunton has potential but lacks physical presence. I think Friend really needs to take the next step.
