I think the fact that it's a performance based sponsorship is a brilliant move. This gives the players themselves greater responsibility and ownership of how much sponsorship is created for the Club.

It should give them incentive to perform at their best. If it doesn't, they can weeded out as they come up for contract.

Those who care about the club will perform on a consistent basis. Those who don't will over time be singled out.

looks alright on the jersey

but the jersey itself? Gosh, vomit inducing; the top half looks like its choking the owner

Bloody awful jersey (why mess with perfection?), but Tom Symonds is looking fit in that photos. Looks like he has beefed up in the off season. Good to see. I would love to see him have a big year and cement a FG spot.
