I wasn't aware of this as it must have been deleted before I got to read it. This is disgraceful and I'm glad the posts were deleted.

Hey sis' I missed most of Sunday's shenanigans too, but I saw a post this morning making light of suicide. Needless to say....almost everyone here is a bro' or sis'....that fella ain't nor will be.....it was an absolutely disgusting post and he should read the R u ok thread then think about what he posted.

Back on topic.... JWH looked fit at training early this month at members bbq. He has dropped weight but at about 115kg he ain't exactly small and imo will be a more frightening proposition at 115kg and with a lot more speed and extra fitness.
