In the 830am news I thought they used the term a group of three men, one of whom MAY have been a Rooster". It seems our NRL Integrity Unit (of which I'm a big fan, NOT) are now involved. It seems the group left the Great Barrier Reef before Police arrived. Not in the papers, NRL or Roosters websites yet

                    RWB,
I've learned not to judge these events too soon.
But you need to ask what happened to provoke this? What happened? Was the Easts bloke involved/what role did he play?

Whatever happened, it does not look good that the Rooster player's group left the scene.

Anyway, let's see how it pans out. Seems there is good video of the event. This could be good news or not.

A good opportunity to tear up the cap thief's contract and put the money to good use.

                          http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/new...-1227095124150

A SYDNEY Roosters source has told the Daily Telegraph star forward Frank-Paul Nuʻuausala was not involved in a fight which allegedly broke a man’s nose last night.

Police were called to the Golden Sheaf at Double Bay shortly before 1.30am today after a dispute involving a patron and another group broke out inside.

By the time they arrived the group had left the scene with paramedics treating a 35-year-old man for facial injuries.

He was later taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with a suspected broken nose.

Police were told the man was punched by one of the group and that at least one of the group included a Sydney Rooster player.

The source told the Telegraph it was believed Nuʻuausala was in in the vicinity of the fight, but not involved.

“At this stage it is believed he did not throw a punch and there were no toerh Roosters players at the venue,” the souce said.

“He has been spoken to at length by the club.”

The Roosters source spoke following an earlier statement from the club.

“The Sydney Roosters are aware of an overnight incident at Double Bay which allegedly involved a Roosters player,’’ it read.

“The club has informed the NRL Integrity Unit.

“As this is a matter involving the police, the club is not in a position to make further comment at this time.’’

Seems he did not throw a punch. Let's see how it pans out before judging people. We should not cloud his form on the field with this incident. Two separate matters.
