Just because he was 'named' on the 2GB news this morning doesn't mean to say he's done anything wrong.

The source told the Telegraph it was believed Nuʻuausala was in in the vicinity of the fight, but not involved.

“At this stage it is believed he did not throw a punch and there were no toerh Roosters players at the venue,” the souce said.

“He has been spoken to at length by the club.”

I know. Hence my 2nd comment of it being a lost opportunity to make better use of our salary cap.

We were back to back Minor Premiers.
FPN can't be blamed for the fact that we didn't make the GF.

Also, he had a bad foot injury late in the season?

Cordner some here say was "the worst player on the field".

This year was the year of the Bradbury. Souths and Manly tripped over themselves to hand us the minor premiership. We tripped over ourselves to hand Souths a premiership.

A lot of our success last year came from value-for-money players like Moa and Cordner. We need to be proactive about maintaining our roster and FPN is right near the bottom of that value-for-money list.

Cordner needs to pull his finger out and get back to the person many of us wanted to become captain.

And learn to pass the ball instead of hogging it.

Right, just now on 2GB...a female 2GB reporter filed a report from the pub in question.

As far as I could gather [the tape recorder function on my radio is broken]...she said that she'd interviewed the man who's alleging he was assaulted, and that he said...para; That he was allegedly walking out of the pub and the group of which FPN was allegedly a part, was walking in. She said that the man said that he [a Wests Tigers supporter] made a derogatory comment to the group about the Roosters football team[or club]..the comment including a word that she could not report on air.
She said that the man said in his opinion it was just 'friendly banter', and that it was then he was punched in the face, breaking his nose.
If FPN is charged by the cops, and what the reporter has alleged is all true, the Sydney Roosters club should sue the man for defamation and the Roosters footy team should lodge a defamation class action against the man?

I told you the bloke deserved it, as he is walking out of the pub he makes a derogatory comment about the Roosters to the 3 incoming customers coming in 1 of them being FPN. FPN didn't hit him 1 of the other guys who took offence to what the dichead had said clouted him. Good on him

The news says cops are looking at CCTV footage and haven't pressed any charges.
Seriously in all my year's of going to pubs and drinking I've never worked out why people unprovoked verbally abuse other people. And if you were FPN is one of the meanest looking Nrl player's going around. Next time yell at the group with Maloney or Albo in it.

The victim was just on 7 News. Appearances can be deceptive, but he did not look like a model citizen.

He said that he went up to the group and said "the Roosters are sh$t", that Frank Paul pushed him away and that another guy punched him in the face.

He also said that he believed footballers should be "role models". I think this means you should allow any drunken yobbo to abuse you.

I really can't understand the mentality of some people these days. Seriously, if I ran into a bunch of Souths players there is no way I would speak to them in such a derogatory manner regardless of what I actually think. Sounds to me he got what he deserved

If you haven't worked that out yet then he will keep getting you.

Bongy is the biggest piss taker here.
