If... and that's a big if..... he can return to the form he had a year ago before he was sacked by the faders and stay on the straight and narrow, we may just have purchased a GI type player for a quarter of the price tag.

    watching that video....wow
    Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

      I'm worried about the injury.

It sounds pretty serious and it may take him a while to overcome.

            For sure.

            This does sound pretty gruesome:

Since then, Ferguson has been undergoing counselling, working with ex-NRL forward Dean Widders and rehabilitating a badly broken left ankle, which required two pins inserted after the bone was split.
I'm not sure there's a more difficult injury to come back from in Rugby League than a badly broken ankle. The pressure these guys put on their ankles is immense.

But at least he is in good hands and has had a long recovery. I'm Fergo's biggest fan as a player - he's an absolute beast and provides us with the out and out match winner we desperately need to replace SBW. I've seen him make so many opposition centres look silly so here's hoping he's fully fit and firing in 2015.

Just imagine how hungry he'll be?! Fergo could certainly be the impetus that fires us to another title, similar to how SBW was in 2013.

He certainly has ability to turn a game on its head in both A and D.. Hope all goes well!

Just look at the game he played against us at SFS last time. He was almost unstoppable. He scored a try from 10 metres out with Aubo literally wrapped around him.

Mentally he won't be bothered because he is dumb as bat shit but tough as nails. He will hit his straps by mid season.

I like your optimism but being two years out of the game and coming back from a serve ankle injury will take sometime to get over and fine tune his game. Young Hoppa was out of the game for the same time frame but he was keeping fit during his spell and it took him a whole season to get anywhere near the form he was in before he left.
