And not only that ... Howard went on radio and described the 12 million world-wide protestors as "an ignorant mob".

Well, time has shown just who the ignorant one was.

The only thing Australia should be doing in Iraq is paying reparations for the damage they helped cause.

Not Abbott paying out squillions in govt "pink batts' rebates to those claiming to have installed 'pink batts' in every unit in blocks of home units...every unit doesn't have a roof.

Labor govt; "We didn't have time to dot the 'i's and cross the 't's.

PM Howard stopped the people-smuggling boats...KRudd/Gillard and co dismantled Howard's 'Pacific Solution' policy that worked, and the people-smugglers started in business once again...the Far Left/Left Labor govt giving the asylum-seekers "free homes", $10,000 start-up packs of furniture, tvs, whitegoods etc...and welfare cash for life.
The stampede was on!
1000+ asylum-seekers/'economic immigrants' died at sea when the people-smuggling boats sank...or smashed against the rocks at Christmas Island, ...men, women, children and babies screaming as they perished.

Firstly you're trying to equate Pink Bats to the death of thousands in Irag. You truly are a mong. Let's not even mention that Howard and his cronies were effectively business partners with Saddam with AWB deals.

Secondly, an Officer mate of mine was on the boat at the centre of the Children Overboard scandal. He was a Lib voter who post that debacle left both the armed forces and the caustic bosom of the Coalition due to the outright lies and racist propaganda produced by Howard in a (successful) effort to lie to the Australian People (for the umpteenth time). There were unequivocally no people chucking their kids into the water. It was a lie created to engender an us v them mentality in our already racist country.

Lib govts don't see all people as being equal. Human life and dignity runs a distant second to the almighty dollar.

some on here are relentless with their agenda, it would be a good idea to ban political talk in Roosters discussion and leave it for off the topic section where it belongs for ppl to CHOOSE to read ppls views instead of being farkin bombarded by this shyt.
