Smith and Anasta had the same trouble with drinking all the time players, and drunk players.

Players plastered on Sat night can't front up for training on Mon morn in top shape.
Players drinking alcohol all the time are not the best athletes they can be.
Cordner on the 'turps'? bad idea, and could explain his form against the Eels etc.

Can't see us winning the comp now, with all this going on and with what's been revealed.

The fans will not be happy with what has been discovered.
    I agree..

      Hardly.
Just depends how many voices demanding change there are as to whether or not it will take place.

No harm in trying to get what one wants.

What ever happened to the no dickheads policy?Do we still have it?Can someone enlighten me about what players need to do to become dickheads lol .Does being kicked out of a pub and barred then kicked out of a club and arrested by police enough or does it have to be more serious to become a dickhead under the policy?Im confused when is a dickhead not a dickhead under our policy?

What was the occasion? Pearce and the boys went down to Star after Pearce's arrest and continued to party on.

It was a big big Saturday, it must have been someone's birthday surely.

Mate if that's the case and i have no reason to doubt you. Then there's a serious discipline issue at the roosters.Robbo will sort it out we will never know but i reckon there's going to be a few hefty fines and maybe a couple of games at the blue-bags for a couple of legends in their own minds to bring them back to earth.

Great to hear FPN out in the Cross with Cordner and Pearce. That's one area his stats look great in!!

                No dropping players!
                It's the fans who suffer.

Make the offending players go to training, and do extra, after the players who haven't sinned have finished and gone home.
Pearce could be made do field goal kicking practice.

After they've completed all that they could be made sit down with a pen and paper and write out lines...1000 times "I must not embarrass myself, my familiy, the fans, the Club and the NRL".

The wrecking ball didn't do anything wrong.
He didn't break any laws or get into trouble at all.
He also didn't break any club rules.
                  Stats...baaah
He's one player in the team who does make effective tackles, and doesn't get pushed back in tackles.
He makes good hard runs..and he's not rushing off to RU.
                  We need him.

He was likely just trying to bond with his team mates.
Nothing wrong with that as such.

Hadley just said on his 2GB morning show that Cordner was not asked to leave the Clovelly Hotel for being drunk...but because he was trying to convince security staff to allow Pearce back in.

Hadley also advised Pearce that obviously alcohol and Pearce just don't mix well and that Pearce should ...para; get off alcohol and stay off it.

Wise words indeed...there's big money to be made, and not so many years left in which to earn it.

Me, I'd switch to lemon squashes and go for the cash.

I'd buy myself a home, and as many rental/investment properties as I could...then I'd have a much easier life after footy.

Woman has spoken to police, said nothing happened and that's the end of that.

Good. Now Mitchell should sue for wrongful arrest.

                              That wasn't the issue.

The issue was the 'failing to quit'...

Looks like 66 didn't read any of the thousand stories written about what happened.
