Yellow day today (light training) other day colours for preseason are grey for recovery, green for medium exertion training, blue for heavy duty training, red for near death training. The colour coding is so the players know what to expect that day and can be prepared for it. ALL
players are placed in training groups for the duration of preseason and Willy aparently not listed in any group.

In related news, I'd like one of these colour coded systems for when I play sport!

There's nothing worse than showing up to training on a full stomach expecting a nice light session and finding out it's 2 and half hours of 400's, shuttles and hill sprints.

I'm sure the local wildlife enjoy the free food though.

        Anyway, carry on.

IMO, when Harrison left in 2007, I reckon Morbs should have shifted straight to lock.

Instead, we signed Willie, shifted Tupou to lock. Big mistake, our attack was good but our defense is garbage.

but apart from willie, we will see Todd Carney and Phil Graham join the club, will there be any other suprises at preseason training

              discuss
i'll say there will be massive surprises at pre season training this year muzz although it will be when the ball work starts
the players will train in their ****ing positions and will probably fit

I was wondering when someone would say something about the 'farian's sig.
I think it is in poor taste because the reverse as you suggested would certainly be seen that way.

Just saw Carney in the Roosters training jersey on Channel 10 working out in the new gym.

                    Happy days!

Is your sig an example of "speak easy"?
Or are you doing it just to get a rise out of people?
                          Either way, poor taste brother.
                          Peace out ...

Thanks for that info mate. Near death? The boys should be fit by the start of the season if there's near death training sessions. Sounds good to me.
