They have a better balanced team then last season, they have only lost four three ageing players in Crocker, King, Asotasi and Lima plus a few NSW cup players. Their current squad is very solid with a good balance of youth and experience. Whilst the odds of the first round will change considerably before kickoff and we will more than likely end up as favourites. However I wouldn't be feeling so cocky about beating teams like Souths, on the day anyone of the top 8 ranked teams can beat the other on their day. Lets not do a Souths and win the games and the comp before the seasons over.

Not really weird.
They have the best halves in the comp and we only have the SOO and premiership winning halves.
They have the best forward pack in the comp and we only have JWH, SBW, FPN, Friend, Guerra, Moa, Maubs, Napa, Evans, Casty, Liu, who are once again, the premiership winning forwards.
They have Nathan Merrit and we only have RTS and Tupou, who incidentally won the comp too.
When you really look at it, we dont have much compared to them.
They should smash us to bits, just like their fans smashed teef.

Plus they have Goodwin the strike centre while we only have Jennings.
And with Joel Reddy they got speed to burn.
