Well maybe if we take the term 'carving' it up as the same as saying 'butchering' it up. Fergo did butcher his chances of being in any SOO as well as reducing the chances of wining the series.

Absolutely.
Souths 2-5 are all crap. Bryson Goodwin wouldn't make Bondi United.
And they've just bought Joel Reddy!

I'd take Fergusson in a heart beat.
Surely he'd realise it was his last chance.
And although a dick head, Mundine would be a positive influence on his career and his mind set.
Also if he was playing for a successful side rather than crap like Canberra or Cronulla, surely he'd be more switched on and disciplined.

Mate, you're just being contrary.

He was unstoppable against us. He was carrying three or four of our players at a time, scored 2 tries and was threatening every time he touched the ball. I was there. Saw it for myself.

And he was brilliant in Origin. Him getting suspended (and Hayne's injury) was a big reason NSW weren't as successful in their remaining matches.

Don't let your personal dislike for him cloud your view.
