If we were to go after an outside back in that price range, give me folau over ferguson any day. When you weigh up ability, consistency and ferguson's off-field issues, folau would be a much better buy.

One of the biggest impacts that TR had on our club at the beginning of the season was the strict no-dickheads policy. This is good for the team and good for the game.

Wait until Blake discovers Allah and tidies himself up, then he can come play here.

Folau is a $1 million per season player. Also prior to leaving the nrl, his defence in the centres always came under scrutiny. So he would most likely make a home on the wing were he to return. Ferguson would be around half of that price range wise, and would be in the top 3 centres in the game.

It's 6 weeks since he was charged mate. Do you think he's really changed, or do you think there's a chance he's just saying it for effect?

There are stories of him being a prick since his first day in first grade.

If you saw his antics after his two tries on Saturday, I think Mundine has already rubbed off on him.

Great player but high maintenance. I can't see Robbo wanting him.

                YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!
Not many players I'd trade SKD out for, but Ferguson is definitely one I would. He should have Hodges Kangaroos jersey now and is going to be even more lethal than him.

I mentioned this on a previous thread to which most people didnt agree with. Mind you this was at the start of the season when the Cruisers situation happened.

I am still for it, I agree this bloke is not the smartest tool in the shed, but he has got the talent. I would trade him for SKD and a couple of fringe lpayers (Bosden, Arona or Oldfield) any day of the week. And if any coach can set him right, I reckon Robbo can.

Lets not forget when Fergo was at Sharks with Sticky he didn't get in this much trouble, and I have a feeling that was because of the respect he had for Sticky. So much so he had 'coach leaves I leave' clause inserted in his contract. I doubt he has this relationship with Furner. And the way Robbo gets the players to play for him, the club and the players he can get the best of out Fergo no doubt !

But in saying all this, I highly doubt Raiders will let Fergo go considering they may end up losing Milford too. This is a Rothfield report anyways, how much of it can be true. Rothfield was calling for Fergo's head when Fergo said he didnt want to play for Sharks, Rothfield said drop him and let him play NSW cup till he leaves. Now he's praising him like baby jesus.

God knows this could be another Carney situation Rothfield is cooking up trying to get Sharks to sign him.

Souths are gearing up to release crocker, king and lowe on top of asotasi and tyrell as part of push for Folau. Ferguson is now another option and I have been informed by a good source that Ferguson is keen to play at souths.
                    Time will tell.

I think he's slightly unhinged and I wouldn't want him in my team either.

Mundine connection may push this. Mundine had a lot to do getting Inglis to Souths too.

Excellent news. He'll feel right at home there with all the other headline Harrys they currently have over there...

How could you not want to give Fergo a shot after seeing what he did to us on Saturday night?

It's like the brigade who were too terrified to recruit Sonny and Jennings.

                            Unbelievable.

You'd have to be full-retard not to give him a chance.

No point in having talent if your head space isn't right!!

IF SBW had a hand in mentoring him next season

I would welcome this situation very much
