im all for the minor premiership but we don't wont to come in to the finals with a loss, specially against the rabbitohs in the last round, im dreaming it already tho beating them in the last minute to steal the minor premiership and doing it 4 weeks later

nice bonus is we dont need to leave sydney for any matches for the rest of the season, no travel fatigue could be that extra bit of help.

pretty sure even if you lose week 1, you still get home ground ad instead of like previous yrs where you wld have to travel to canberra for example.

Can only be bad? Any player can get injured at any time. If the minor premiership is there to be won, then you go and win it. I guarantee the coach and players would think your post is rubbish.
Its called trying to gain a psychologiical advantage.

The it can only be bad comment was said in response to someone saying I can see nothing bad in winning the minor premiership So yes the pnly bad thing I can see in it Is if we win that match take out the minor premiership but sustain injuries and suspensions out of the match. Honestly would you rather win the minor premiership and say have a leading player injured and suspended from the match missing the finals Yes players can be injured or suspended at any time But come rnd 26 one week before the finals is not the time you want something like this happening

Come RND 26 spots 1 and 2 can already be sewn up. In case you have not noticed there is now a 5 point gap between 2nd and 3rd We may not even be able to win the minor premiership but have 2nd sewn up or better still we may have the minor premiership sewn up with Souths having 2nd sewn up The latter is unlikely but still possible. That scenario is where you give serious consideration to resting players for what could be a nothing match in the scheme of winning the GRand Final

You are deluded if u think our competitive football team would not take the oportunity to win it if it presented itself. They would not even think about injuries, because when u start to think about that, its when you do get injured.

No abuse I was asking about your thoughts on Our winning two matches to the combinerd aggregate of 76-0 Yet being on the recieveing end of the penalties 8-18 in these two matches

Nowhere did I say we should rest players if the minor premeirship is up for grabs I said strong conisderation should be given to resting players should rnd 26 turn out to be a nothing match where positions on the ladder cannot change

I don't care about Minor premiership, well not as much as beating Souths in round 26. If we don't beat Souths than they will surely have the advantage going into the semis, we would have lost our last three games against them which isn't good form.

Copy that. And apologies. I misread it which I put down to my 47 year old eyes. If no minor premiership could be won , and we could not lose a spot (back to 3rd), then yep, rest those with injuries.
