I didn't think of that, but it would be the same result - rather than a drop out for forcing the ball, it would be a drop out for putting the ball dead.

Whilst the penalty count was the source of great amusement last night It concerns me when the inevitable penalty counts like this against Newcastle Penrith and Souths are dished out We will seriously find it hard in all of those games with penalty counts like that

Brandy even pointed out late in the game that the dragons, more often than not were getting penalties to piggy back them off their own goal line !

Like others have said, it's not about the 9 penalties called against us, it's more about the 2nd last place team being so perfect they had 3 penalties called against them !

I'm pretty sure the penalty count on the Anzac day game was 9-3, so that makes it 19-6 combined this year, against St George, yet we outscored them 70-10.

Now you don't have to be David Middleton to realise that that just doesn't add up. Once again this year we are simply NOT getting our share of the penalties, and it stinks.

With the extra possession that the dragons had (55%) you would expect the penalties to be roughly the same, not 200%, and the refs missing the spear tackle, that was so obvious, something isn't right.
