that round 21 match against the Panthers might end up being the 2nd match on Friday night which would be crap, still can't believe in this digital age the NRL did a deal that allows 2 matches a week to be shown on delay its a disgrace.

might also depend where we sit on the ladder at that stage, if we cannot improve or or lose a spot it may be a good chance to rest a few players with niggles before the semis.

i thought they canned 3pm games saturday originally due to poor crowds cos of so many sports being played at or just before 3pm

        Thanks for posting ELO.
This also proves that someone on here claiming to have seen a leaked copy of these rounds back at the start of the season was talking through their hat. For starters, they claimed that the Panthers game at Centrebet was to be played on the Saturday night at 7.30 but it's now Friday 2nd August, not Saturday 3rd. I'm too lazy to go and dig up the thread..

That would have been me. However, I wasn't claiming these games were official. What I was referring to was a glitch on the DT website (at the time) whereby the last 6 rounds had the dates and times listed only for them to be deleted within half an hour of them publishing these dates.

My reference at the time and as recent as a couple of days ago was to see if the games would have matched up to what is now official.

But don't worry, yours and SBW's birthday's will still be cause for celebration the day after we beat the Panthers
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

They've been saying that since the old Sports Ground days.

                      Kay.
You are old, but that ain't a bad thing.

Even on ABC telly, Boland and Peard/Beetson were hard to beat.

But back then the arvo at the sports ground was fun.................and affordable.

Yes bring it back and also bring back Warren Boland!!!

Yes the great Big Artie, Peardy and Warren Boland were a fantastic commentary team....it was blissful watching those Saturday Arvo games on the ABC especially watching the games involving the great Rooster sides of the mid and late 80s going round and round in the oppositions 25m zone and not scoring a try..classic comedy.
