    Their squad is ridiculous.

By far the best in the NRL.

The only thing that could derail them is an injury to Reynolds.

Otherwise they've got the depth to keep rolling on.

It happens to every good side, IMO it's impossible to be up for 30 weeks at this level anymore.

I hope their bad run hits in round 26 and continues for their next two games, boom boom out of the semis.

Currently they are nearing the unstoppable stage.

It's gonna take some damn good footy to beat them IMO.

Or a run of tough games....recently, they've seemed to have played all the teams going crap. Recently, they've played Raiders @ Homebush, Eels away, Titans @ Homebush, Knights @ Homebush, Sharks away, Wests @ Homebush Cowboys @ Homebush. Their last 'difficult' game was Broncos away in round 8...and that's not exactly a road trip to fear these days.

I can't wait until they get a few tough ones on the bounce to knock them around a bit. Then we'll see what they're made of.

I hear they have a kid called Keary from memory???

Supposed to be the shizz in the 1/2s.

        They have amazing depth.

But one would think an injury to Reynolds would mean trouble.

        You know it makes sense.

          Good point mate.

From round 20 they have Titts away, Cows away, Melba away, woManly home, Boggs home, Tigpies away and Us home.

          That should test them.

Unless something happens to their halfback, I can't see anyone caching them.

Call me paranoid, but I pity whoever meets them in the big one.
I thought they would struggle losing Inglis, but them didn't seem to miss him at all. They've won without Burgess, they've won without Inglis and they've won without a swag of other solid FGs (with some no-names filling in).

The only one they haven't shown they can win without is Reynolds.

              I'm getting very concerned.

Their squad is no better than ours in fact we have the better squad and I'd say that we'll appear near unstoppable next season. One thing's for certain we have more matchwinners.

Can't believe a win tonight will make us #2.

I rate our boys but we have a LOT of work to do if we want to beat the Storm/Souffs in the finals.

Hopefully this plateau ends soon (maybe with a victory against Manly?) and we can lift when it counts.

The toughest game in that lot is Sharks away and that's the one they lost.

IMO we are in the same position this year as souths were last year. new coach, fairly new squad, a couple of superstars. we're doing well, but I just don't think we have what it takes.
next year, however, is the year we strike. With RTS at fullback, Moga free from injury, SBW staying the extra year, a few of our young guys playing well and players like Jennings, Maloney, Pearce and JWH leading the way, then we will be as good as, if not better, than souths.

They beat us when we were underdone and we should've beaten Canberra. I'd say very confidently that we have the team to beat them, they are playing with a lot of confidence atm but they have a real horror stretch coming up, let's see how they handle that.

agreed. they had a full season under their built. we a couple of months. not using that as an excuse, but we had more chances than they did that night, we weren't playing well enough as a team.
each day round 26 looks better and better from a fans perspective. Channel 9 will be tripping over themselves to get it on.

They get a lot more penalties...a very lot more penalties.
