    3. So what? Not many people live at Homebush, but Souths and the Dogs get a few people along to games.
    I attend every home game.

Homebush is the centre of Sydney...and 'easier' than Moore Park.
Souths and the Dogs don't get 40,000 crowds every home game, nothing like it.
    or 30,000,
    or even 20,000?

Cold wet Sat night at Homebush, Dogs or Souths V Titans/Cowboys/Warriors, wouldn't take long to count the crowd.

Revised weather forecast for this Sat night is fine...so hopefully we'll get a good crowd.

          A drop down curtain perhaps.

          Sydney has no roof...useless.

            I'm serious.
They could run a steel cable from one end of the existing roof to the other end of the roof, at the lowest points....on both sides of the stadium.
They could then attach cables from the roof to that cable.
They could then roll a sail cloth curtain down and out over the cables and let it drop down over the edge a bit, enough so as not to block the view of the playing surface.
It would keep the seating areas dry.
Better than the fans getting 'drowned'.

Feel for you, milanja. I was outdoors enjoying a coffee yesterday when a labourer in need of BO spray, sat 12 feet away. His smell ruined the taste of my coffee and that was from a distance greater than a bus seat. Also, thought your post was refering to our PM for a brief moment..Lol
Hope the players read your post and appreciate what some supporters go through to watch them play.
