IMO it was the turning point of the game. Enforcers have to spend suspended time on the sidelines thats why they are considered enforcers. They hurt people illegally & it's fantastic.

The thing I admire the most about JWH is that he doesn't try & wipe out a small 1/2 back he whacks the biggest bloke in the opposition team, what a champion. All I wish is that Kennedy would take note of how a proper frontrower is suppose to play.

I think he can plead guilty, but still contest the grade, can't he? If he can do that he could reduce the penalty by a few weeks at least.

These are the games he misses.

        Cowboys
        Storm
        Eels
        Warriors
        Dogs
        Manly
        Dragons

If he takes the early plea, he comes back to give the fat powder puff another shot.

At best a downgrade will probably give him 3-4 weeks. Is it worthwhile risking it for games against the Warriors and Dogs? Will Moa be back by then?

I think we can cover for him.

I can't see us risking the challenge with that record. (I'm really surprised he has 3 priors in the past 2 seasons tbh, don't remember them)

Grade 1 careless loadings, that's a stitch up.
Mate he ain't the most penalised player in the comp for no reason.

I hate when he gives them away for hand on the ball and being lazy.

But what he did last night, that's a props job, go out and hurt the other carnts. This makes him Mozz-Like now IMO.

Every team needs a maniac. I think we have just unearthed another finally.

You talk the talk you walk the walk. Cop a suspension it's all good when you do it beating WoManly.

          You know it makes sense.

Agree Backwards. I think it was Jack Gibson who used to say every team needs 6 good props. 2 on the field, 2 on the bench, 1injured and 1 suspended.

With the likes of Tasi, Liu, Evans & Napa in the wings, I think we'll cope OK.

This is true. Dont think it will be worth fighting to come back for Warriors, maybe Dogs coz they seem to be coming back and it will be at ANZ but still not worth the Warriors.

If I remember correctly they said Moa was out for 3-4 weeks including last nights game, so another 2-3 weeks. So he should be back by Warriors if not Dogs definitely. If we can win 1 out of the next 2, and win against the Eels and Warriors before Moa comes back I will be happy with that. 1 loss out of 4 games without 2 of our starting props.

i remember him trying to decapitate Gallen at the SFS. Luckily he 'sort of' missed, otherwise he'd still be suspended for that one.

I think that may have been the same game where Masoe decided to pull out the finger and almost killed a sharks player with one of his hits.

We should be ok for these games, the other games are where he will be sorely missed up front.

                    • I did't realise his loading was quite that big, though why a charge in 2011 should still be applicable IDK. A bit hard to squirm out of this one if you can't contest the actual grading. A really heavy penalty for one poor shot isn't it? Sent off in a tight game and then at least another 5 weeks out.

                      • If the club can find a comparable tackle that was charged as a grade 3 or 4 careless instead of a grade 1 reckless they'll challenge it. (it would be a 125 base point reduction for a grade 3 careless) There aren't many of those charges around though so it's going to be difficult.

That was Gallen again that night I remeber being right down near the front row The collision was akin to a car crash

They can find a tackle very similar That was nt even penalised In fact the player who is on trial was on the recieving end of it

It's to encourage them to' change their ways'. The more offences, the more loading, eg Craig Smith and LOD come to mind as players that spent a fair bit of time out due to ongoing indiscretions, so they end up going to Super League as no one can take the risk of them being out for extended periods.

If robbo could have got this bloke to fire up and got him in the right frame of mind, the opposition would be too scared to leave he dressing rooms. love the smile after the hit lol. What a waste of talent. Jeremy Smith looks like a baby beside him.
