He will salute the crowd as he is chaired off the field in his last Grand Final, having won 7 consecutive premierships.

Mate these guys will mature just by having Sonny with them for 2 years. And that maturity and professionalism will stay with them.
As great as he is, when he goes there is still going to be Maloney, Jennings, Moa and a great young coach. This team has a lot more going for it than just SBW.
I don't really think there needs to be a plan except that we will have enough cash to buy the best player on the market. Whoever that may be.Embrace the Hate! JC

I think keeping the coaching staff of Jason Taylor- Trent Robinson is a must and would hopefully reap rewards post SBW Era.
The possibility of our side replacing him with another top line Front Rower or even Second Rower under the current structures may ease the loss as that player(s) could bring something different that strengthens the team as a whole.
Sonny has been phonomenal but so has James Maloney, Michel Jennings and the rise of Boyd Cordner.
I think we need to have faith that if he does leave we still have the core players that will continue the team ethics that has been built over the pre-season.
I'm a firm believer we have great talent coming through with - S. Langi and Kane Evans as examples that could change the dynamic of this side even more for the better.
But also we need to have faith that this side will spend the money that remains wisely and that should see us compete and have a window that spans the next 4-5 years ala Manly.
Sheck, Maloney, Pearce and Boyd Cordner for mine is a great spine/base to build off and we should be able to compete and win a Grand Final in the next 2-4 years.
Let's enjoy the ride first. It's been a pleasure to witness.

It's more to do with the coach than SBW imho
