* dragons first try Creagh pushes Pearce out of the road, should have been no try penalty to us.
* 27th minute the Roosters put up a bomb, soward in competing for the ball in the air had the ball bounce forward off his chest, which the Roosters then regained possession from and the ref should have called play on six again. Instead the ref calls a hand over to the dragons.
* 30th minute a pedantic Jennings offside penalty. I see players in every game not have a foot on the tryline when defending and yet the ref decides to split hairs and ping Jennings on it.
* 43rd minute a bomb to Toupo's corner, Toupo knocks it back, dragons get the ball and ref blows whistle for handover, when instead it should have been play on and the Roosters were just about to bundle the dragons player with the ball into touch.
* 47th minute on the last tackle close to our try line, Matt Cooper was held and then popped the ball out the back to get rid of it and it went straight to a Roosters player. Instead of calling either play on, or a handover to the Roosters cause Cooper was held, the ref stupidly called that a Roosters player had raked it out and that it then went forward to a Roosters player in front of him. The really dumb arse thing about it that not only did the ref make the wrong decision, judging by with his wrong decision it should have been a penalty to the dragons for either the ball being raked out (which it wasn't of course) or for it then going to a Roosters player in an offside position, but instead the ref called for a scrum with a dragons feed, for which the Roosters players rightly blew up about and then the d!ckhead ref compounds his bad call with a penalty to the dragons for backchat. Talk about f**king load of bullshit insane moment!!
* 58th minute dragons player flops in on tackle, not penalized.
* 59th minute, Roosters player puts grubber through, hits dragons player then goes forward into the arms of another dragons player in front of him, ref calls play on.
* 65th minute Maloney's cut out pass to Toupo to go over in the corner called back for a forward pass when the pass was fine, and yet 11 minutes later in the game Maloney does throw a forward pass which leads to nothing and the ref is happy to let that when go by, go figure?
* 75th minute Luke O'Donnell had ball obviously raked out, as balls don't pop out like that unless given help and there was no penalty.
* Yet another poor home crowd yesterday for us to go along with round 1. No doubt the crowd yesterday judging by all those many many empty seats was even bumped up by 10 or more thousand just like round 1 according to certain journo's (if you can call them that) at the daily tellucrap. These poor crowds we just keep on having just further back up the very valid arguments by our critics, that constantly bag us out for.
* WTF was the go with ray rabs warren at the start of the second half crapping on about how can we possibly fit SBW, Jennings Maloney under the cap??? That was completely out of order for a commentator during the game say such outlandish things, should never have happened!! He never corrected himself and said that we are fine with the cap, no mention of players we let go to get those players, just implied with "I wonder how they do it", meaning that he thinks we are illegally doing it. Also he craps on about how Morts pass for MK to score was forward when the pass was fine, good to see his bias not interfere with his calling.
* The shoulder charge penalties are a joke, the dragons one and the Roosters one were fine. The NRL need to fix this ridiculous new rule up, that if the shoulder charge makes no contact with the head then it is ok.
* What on earth happened to the time clock? At around 77 and a half minutes into the game the clock goes back about 35 seconds.
* I am just so proud of the boys efforts so far this season, they have been outstanding!! Even with these bullshit decisions by the refs that we constantly cop, the boys yesterday unlike the past two years, were able to just put it behind them and get on with business. Some people on here need to give guys like Mini (wow how good was that try saver in the 71st minute!), MK (just needs to get those penalties out of his game), Maubs, Friend and SKD more credit. All of them are contributing. I have been a bit critical of SKD's defense, but his defense was spot on yesterday! So much credit needs to go to Robbo and his coaching staff, what a change from the last two years of nonsense!!The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

i watched MvS also and must admit the officiating was appalling. funnily enough 6 out of the 7 games i have watched of souths they are getting a lot of calls going there way. Burgess should have been sent for sure... ****en rubbish. i hope they are not gifted a premiership like the merge.....Comment

Inglis is a freak, but I think that the roosters, for one side, have a stronger outfit overall. With a sane, balanced, evenly refereed game, I think our current squad would run over them.
