Was just watching the Fittler highlights and video on youtube and as good as the video is, I had to turn the sound down.

Where are all the people that were stating that SBW could not possibly adapt in time . Would not have the fitness levels .

Or had been playing rugby too long. A much weaker type of footy.

The answer to all these problems was easy to see. SBW is not a normal athlete. He is a freak and none of the above were ever going to be an issue. The guy is nearly playing a full game every week. Incredible.

My big whinge about SBW coming was because I didn't want our club being turned into a circus by the travelling freak show. I thought it would be too distracting, cause chaos and mayhem and diminish the value of the other players at our club. I'm so very happy to be proven wrong so far, admit I was wrong and misjudged him. If this now means I will need to keep up my bet of having to walk the entire length of Bronte Road in a Souths jersey if we win the competition this year, so be it..if Greeds is still going to accompany me sans clothing...well I can't speak for him can I?

I dont think you need to make any apologies on that basis. Given him track record (walking out on the dogs, comments after mundine fight, associations to mundine & nasser), it was a concern to have. I dont think anyone questioned his signing from an ability perspective. But Im sure like you, anyone that had such reservations is glad at the way that it has turned out as our club is better off for it and as supporters, ultimately, that is what we want!
