Like Parkway mentioned, it was in 2008 and we beat St George 10-0 in a cracking thunderstorm, effectively keeping them out of the finals. Morris Iemma, a Saints fan, was also finished that day. I remember my regular bay 13 crowd didn't come along so I sat with Horriewaschamp and his family undercover. Funny how people only remember Freddy for being drunk in hallways..no-one cares to remember he coached us that year to the finals...
Funny the people that you meet in that type of weather we had the company of Mark Hughes (Souffs talent scout) as well.
RWB, the boys have moved on to Basketball - playing representative level so we don't get down much any more but we'll have to do it again for old times sake.

We stayed at a mates house in randwick when we came up for the match, and as we were walking past the bus stop there was this massive sbw poster. Not sure if its the nrl or the chooks promoting this but it was very impressive.Attached Files
