I like how it's a clean slate... won 0, lost 0.
Last year we got to an irritating stage VERY early on where we had to win every week just to retain out bottom-8 spot. Making the 8 would have involved ridiculous amounts of consecutive wins and the cards falling our way with other games.
Optimism is great...
New year, new coach, new players...etc. 2013 COULD be a good year whereas 2012 was gone after the first 8-10 games.

But their should be some comprehensive long term planning about the game to take it for next few years. As it always not easy to start with new things and new plannings.
