IMO Jones is a very good utility. He can play 9, 7, 6, 3, 4, 1 and I wouldnt worry about his ability to slip into any of those positions during a game and get the job done. Hes very Ping like with his versitility.
Pearce I could only see in the 1/2s and at a pinch at 9. And with a very good partner like Carney I believe he would be able to control one side of the field and develop his running game.
The FlogPen .
You know it makes sense.

He is a good defender and has promising ball skills.

The Carney/Pearce combination could end up the Blues combination. I can't see Smithy splitting that up.
Friend has potential all over him. He reminds me a lot of Buds. He should be able to play 80 minutes next year. Will be next in line after Farah and Ennis in a couple years time.
Jonesy is exactly what stsea (I had to retype that three time) said. Every good team has a great utility player and Jonesy is exactly that. Can play in many areas. One of our only players who gives 100% each game. Good leg speed and a tough defender.
Look at the age of these guys. Add Symonds, Hargreaves, Williamson, Cordner to name a few. This year will be quickly forgotten. Well once next year starts
