Patch wont shout mate, he strikes me as the sort of guy who will hang around until its his turn before quietly slipping out the back door and doing a runner.
i reckon the tigers should go for him, i cant remember the last time they had a quality half back.
oh wait, the one time they did was with prince in 05

Interesting that that word "develop" is used by many people who know nothing of the meaning. The way I see it we have developed most players in our team.

      From our top 17:

      RTS
      mini
      Bj
      SKD
      Tupou

      Maloney
      Pearce
      Kennedy
      Friend

      JWH
      SBW
      Guerra
      Cordner

      Aubo
      Tasi
      Taka
      Evans

The ones in bold are the ones who have made their debut for our club and have only played for our club in their entire career. None of them are LOCAL however can anyone say that we haven't developed them into First Grade players.

The only local boy in Canterbury's "Bred not Bought" club is reynolds.
You make a very good point but a few players Tupou and BJ don't meet your criteria as they came from Parramatta and St George respectively

His point was that they made their NRL debut for us so BJ and Tupou fit that criteria

Actually the following is what he said

"The ones in bold are the ones who have made their debut for our club and have only played for our club in their entire career. None of them are LOCAL however can anyone say that we haven't developed them into First Grade players."

You can ignore the second half of the first sentence if you want but he did say it.

Anyway as I said previously the point he made is a good one and one I have used myself in the past.

I always love the classic meltdown signs. The old "juniors" line is a great tell, when someone's run out of valid argument.

Just disappointed I missed the fun last night. With more of us on it would've turned into an old fashioned flame war.

I love the old juniors call.

The juniors call doesn't really work in this salary cap day and age does it? Even Souths, after stealing our territory, still import entire families from the UK now.

The Roosters are victims of geography. Something out of their control.

Bring back the Bears and get rid of the Rorts. Then we can have Norths, Souths, Easts and Wests. I'll join you in the naughty corner now...
