"the Roosters are set to be given opening-night billing in round one next year against South ". Wow $BW also has commercial value.

It's good that Money Bill is boxing less than a month before the start of the season...that should give him at least a week to train with the guys before the first game. Being such a 'supreme athlete' why would he need any longer than that?

Are u guaranteeing that the rest of the team will be fitter and less error prone than him? After the last couple of seasons i dont think how good a preseason you have, it means nothing til rd 1.

I'm guaranteeing that they'll have had a more comprehensive and focused pre season, without all the distractions. And they'll be more phyically tuned for a game of rugby league, yeah.

You're right, having a god pre-season doesn't guarantee anything. On the other hand, having a very poor pre season can count for a hell of a lot.

Why does someone with a low workrate need much training?

I reckon that after 5 years out mate that he'd need all the help he can get. Obviously he thinks differently.

You know what, maybe he's right.....maybe all those teams putting in all those pre season hours have been getting it wrong for the past 105 years. They should just rock up in Feb, have a boxing match and then straight into it. Can't imagine why no one thought of it sooner.
