2GB radio news this morning;
"If SBW needs chest surgery then he'll be out of action for several months and will miss the start of the NRL season".
Of course he was always going to get injured play RU in Japan...and/or in boxing, therefore spoiling his major fanfare NRL return.
You could've bet money on it.
It's always the way, tempt 'fate', and she'll be happy to oblige.
Now look what's happened!
It's like all those home games we gave away to Darwin, Gosford, NZ...we lost most of them.
The goddess of fate obliged our dumb decisions.
He was always injury prone at the Dogs, and missed lots of games?

He was often injured in his teen years, like many others.
In 2005 he played 21 games out of a potential 26.
In 2006 he played 21 games out of a potential 25.
I don't buy the theory that he's injury prone. I'd be surprised if there's a League or Union player who has played footy as consistently as SBW. French Rugby Union, Japanese Rugby Union, Super Cup, ITM Cup, Rugby World Cup & a bit of boxing thrown in too if you don't mind. One shoulder injury and everyone who hates seeing the Roosters in the papers are trying to bring up the old injury prone line. I've never supported the signing but I find the injury prone claims the be baseless and nothing more than insecurities from other fans and media personal who are afraid the Roosters might actually go well this year.
I'm more worried about mental fatigue than how his body is going to hold up, he's a supreme athlete.

Can he tackle? [the shoulder charge looks like being banned]
The game has changed since he last was in it.
I'm not sure he's a forward.

Hope all you like. If its so 'tired' to you, then you would have read all my posts and understood what I have said in the past. No, I am not going to say it again. Go back and read them for yourself and then be 'man enough' to admit YOU were wrong.
Looking forward to your next reply!
