Players like FPN and Masoe would make Gallen look like a cat.

        Money talks.
We would never make the 8 but cause no decent players would ever sign for 1 yr on an incentive deal. Even thinking that it might happen is living in fairyland.

The only way it would work is if ALL clubs implemented it.......and that won't happen for lots of reasons.

Only the privileged few on here really know me. Now I'm off to Past Glory's cafe this morning to see what News Ltd hacks are hanging around the area..

There would be a mass exodus to Rugby and AFL if that was the case.

I remember that game, Penrith hooker Brett Boyd was niggling our players all game, until Salvo had enough and game him a little Liverpool Kiss. Is that the one?

                • And back on topic, apparently Elliott is on the short list for the Warrior's gig!

One of our tries in that game was voted "try of the year". Pretty sure it was Jeff Orford.

                    • It's weird because when elliott was asked about his future a couple of weeks ago he said that he had a full year to run on his contract at the roosters. I wonder if uncle nick gave him one of these promises....

                      Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

From memory it came from a kick by that little 5/8 who used to wear headgear. Who was that guy?

actually the kick came from Orford himself, around about 2:30 into the video

If that is the case, geez the warriors are getting desperate and must be losing the plot!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

                            Here's looking at you, kid.

He actually doesn't look too bad amongst this group:

Sydney Roosters assistant Matthew Elliott, former Parramatta coach Stephen Kearney and Canberra deputy Justin Morgan are understood to be on a shortlist for the Warriors job, but a decision may now be delayed until Tim Sheens’s future at Wests Tigers is resolved.

Steve Robinson? He didn't play that game.

I actually think Orford kicked through himself, he was playing right centre that day.
