Politis would have kept him and his manager in the loop for sure.
I'm in agreeance with you Eggfather Politis is a very smart man and just cause the Telecrap are reporting we dont know who the coach will be doesn't mean it's true he obviously doesn't want to get burnt re Bennett debacle.

And Bellamy might not be a certainty. I go against the mainstream here in not salivating about Bellamy. I kinda hope he stays where he is. If we were talking Hasler, then thats another story.

I'm leaning towards Trent Robinson and I think he would need the 2 years.

Not pushing for Sheens but I wonder if he'll be the one that gets the gig. He's been with Wests for a while and maybe just got stale. Who knows if Politis is thinking that Sheens has a shitload of experience and is a comp winner and better to go with a coach thats got form. So while my vote is for Robinson I wont be surprised if we get Sheens.
Do you even read your own post before you post it? Refer to the clip... it reminds me of your posts.

My top four are Taylor, Robinson, Anderson and Dymock, and I'd nearly want to sign two of them to the club. I can't see Bellamy leaving Melbourne unfortunately. Doesn't seem like the kind of guy who breaks contracts.

My guts are telling me that Bellamy has already signed. When I read things like this, it only reinforces my thoughts. As long as Bellamy is at the Storm he will never live down the salary cap fiasco. He has a great young squad to work with here and it would be a great way to bury the past. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/spor...-1226466813290

To quote the above article "While the Warriors have given up hope of luring Bellamy, the Roosters held a board meeting yesterday where it is understood they decided to take their time in finding a replacement for Smith." - RUBBISH!!. A club in our position with so many stars on the way is in NO position to take their time. They know who will be coaching. They are lying to protect the sensitive nature of the situation, which is what you would expect.

Put him on ignore, you won't miss a thing! I also have Fred68 on ignore, what does he post about now that Smith's gone, may have to take him off my list to see if he has anything, without Smith to winge about!

In this case, it's for our own good. If our club genuinely has no idea who the coach will be next year, we are in worse shape than I thought..if that's possible. Every day from now until kick-off next year is an opportunity to build. We should not waste time.

                        That was quick.

I like this signing alot, 35 year old who can relate to our young squad and loves playing a quite exciting but STRUCTURED style.

He can take over from Piggy when Piggy steps down from coaching the NSW SOO girls team!

Well this thread is now useless. Trent Robinson as coach. I like his credentials and success but a part of me is saying why so much risk. We were better of going for a safe option in Dymock. But I know he is better than Smith and has support of players. He will have a dream start next year

Now your finally starting to make some sense.
                              Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"
