A coach who gets the best out of the players by being able to relate in a 21st century manner, a great fitness coach and staffers etc who has respect and separation from the board.
What is apparent to me is that history is repeating itself via its decisions on coaches since the sacking of Stuart.
According to media reports to have no actual plan other than a temporary coach until Bellamy is highly debatable and i think ludicrous.A temp coach i believe will cause further instability amongst our find young players.I am sure that with better management the sun will shine brightly over Bondi as Easts fans deserve better than what has been dished up to us by chairman Nick Politis -our team this year played with no structure is reflective of management .
More Uncle Nick bashing!Who would have thought???...
If Melbourne make the Grand Final and the Roosters have not announced a new coach, you can be pretty sure that Bellamy is coming. The Roosters will not announce anything on Bellamy while the Storm are still in the hunt. I am 100% certain that the Roosters already know who the coach will be, which makes me wonder why they are not announcing it. SBW would know too. Politis would have kept him and his manager in the loop for sure.
Id say we have not done a deal with any one yet. If we had some moron in head office would surely have leaked the story by now. This joint is leaks like a rusty old tinny.
If Nick had snared his man,Bellache, by now we all would know it
If the Roosters cannot tell Sonny Bill who will be coaching, I would say that the deal is in danger, considering the fact that SBW is a huge Smith fan and was looking forward to playing for him (strange but true), Politis would need to provide an answer.
