Thats how bad things are going at the Roosters that Kennedy, the guy cant even hold down a run on spot & who is a powder puff is being touted as the captain.

I think that if & that is a big IF, Pearce is ever going to reach the potential we all want him to reach that giving him the captaincy may do it.
Otherwise give it to one of the two blokes who shows the most passion. Guerra or Cordner. I dont care how young Cordner is he would do a better job than almost anyone else.

Pearce should be the captain and it's poor form he doesn't want it, the captaincy might settle JWH down a bit making him think a little before he acts (I did say might :P), Mini should be captain of Newtown at best and Cordner is still so young. We need a captain in the Fittler mold that wasn't frightened to get up the players when needed but still had the respect of the players, this is what we need but i have no idea where we'll get it.

Evans will be far better than Kennedy ever will be. Kennedy was no better than average in the 20's, Evans is killing it. I also believe Napa can better than Tasi. Next year Kennedy and Tasi will really have to perform, otherwise we have two guys ready to take their spots. I also believe recruiting a front rower with greater than 100 games experience essential for next season.

Kennedy & Evans are totally different players.

NYC is far more favorable to strong runners of the football and the defenders/workhorses get lost somewhat.

If 150m & 30 tackles a game is average then we've got different definitions of the word.

In today's smh Danny Weilder reckons mini should be captain next year but down the track should look at kennedy as captain cause he organized rings for all first grade players past and present, please danny there are thirty players ahead of him I would consider before giving this fat, lazy bloke the captaincy, the bloke needs to earn his spot in the side first

And he needs to learn how to tackle instead of grabbing. A big chest does not make a good football player. To think there was talk of him playing for Qld some time ago. I'd put Cherry-Evans in the front row for Qld ahead of this imposter!

Talk of Mini being captain next year is waaay more scary than thoughts that MK may be one in a few years..
