Other then 2010 what has SKD done in attack on a consistant basis.... LOL. Unlike him Linnett will actually back it up next season and beyond
I assume that you are inferring that you think Linnett is a better attacking player than SKD despite doing your best to not answer the question directly?
On a consistent basis SKD has done what he does best, score tries. More often than not on the back of his own ability. Just a quick look at the career statistics shows you that;
Career Strike rates
Kane Linnett - 33%
SKD - 61%
I dare say the linebreaks would follow a similar path, now that's not my conclusion as to why I'd prefer SKD over Linnett at the club but just in response to your comparison of tries and linebreaks between the two.
As for Linnett unfortunately he failed to back up his promising 2010 season much like SKD, not due to ability but due to circumstances. I'm sure he'll (Linnett) back up his 2012 season as not a whole lot will change at the Cowboys just like I'm sure SKD will bounce back to his best in 2013 with likely 3 significant improvements in the distribution side of our attack. He hasn't lost his ability, anyone who has watched him in the past 2 years knows that he's just not getting the same chances. The success of your outside backs are more often than not a good reflection of how successful the team is going, a 24 year old doesn't just loose or have a massive deterioration in his ability.
Linnett is clearly reaping the benefits of a superior half inside him, in Thurston, as well as a State of Origin front row pairing. He was never great for us. Whilst a solid centre and nothing much else, his attacking prowess for us was always somewhat limited in ability. Throw him into our side at the moment and he'd be doing crap. Any half decent centre would go good at the cowboys given the amount of space and structure their team provides

Decent attacking ratio for SKD there, too bad he probably has a minimum 1 try against him per game due to U10 like defence.
Jennings seems to be going alright this year despite his team being below yours on the ladder, so that throws out your last line then doesn't it...
Neither am I hence saying the Cowboys U20's this year have been dog average without a couple of guys around them this year.
Moga and SKD better players then Linnett? LOL give me Linnett over both of those 2 any day of the week. SKD couldn't use his shoulder in a tackle if his life depended on it and Moga hasn't looked interested in FG at all this year, no doubting how good he could become though but saying he is better then Linnett is laughable to say the least.
We are, he has been an integral part of our success this season by shoring up the left edge while Tate is on the right edge. Our edge defence has been non existant for years until now

I have no idea why I'm writing this but meh.
I always rated Josh Hannay as a decent centre/winger but I think they often lumbered him with a bad outside or inside man.

I was actually hoping you would take note of the second line in my post.
See Cowgirl, like most posters who come onto opposition teams forums (with some notable exceptions), you start out talking footy and end up talking smack. It is boring and predictable and I feel bad for you that you have nothing better to do. You are turning into the new Darque.

Only reason i'v gone to talking smack is that even when I was talking footy there were posters on here telling me to p*ss off etc cause there might of been things said that they didn't want to read about their team, I don't know. So i'v just gone on to talk smack instead, gets all the usual suspects biting time and time again nothing changes. I might come out and say constructual stuff about the roosters again but I dare say it wouldn't last long as i'd still get posters with a IQ of 10 still telling me to p*ss off back to my inbreed state etc even though I live in NSW lol.

You're full of shit mad for cowboys, the only time you've ever talked roosters is to compare whatever redneck cowgirl you're in love with this week.
I'm more shitty at the fact that the mods will ban people or posts for being funny but continue to let someone blatantly troll all day everyday without a word being said.
