I'd rather the person within the club, who has leaked this to a reporter, gets fired.
They should hold an investigation to identify who the rat is.

To ne sacked ...what is he guilty of? Talking on phone?any charges by cops?any proof he actually scored?.If so be gone..the other two veterans.. Tedesco and Collins have a lot to answer for then.Influencing young blokes.Im harder than Nick but poorer..lol My sons know of I catch em doing drugs or hear about they are dead meat. Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

i'm hoping this is sabre-rattling from the club. not sure the club can sack a player for this if the nrl has a 3 strikes and you're out policy. the rlpa will be looking at this very closely.
what did nick say back then? i think it was reported in the tele but is there a transcript of what he said? the devil is in the detail. could be he was saying what he wanted rather than what a workable policy was.
if the club goes through with this the players should get together and anyone who has ever used cocaine should put their hands up. they should have a chat with nick behind closed doors and nick can have a think if he wants to make some adjustments to what is a noble but difficult to achieve aim.

Victor getting caught up in drug texts is a shocking look for the Roosters. This isn’t what our club stands for. Parents won’t want their kids coming through our pathways if this is the image we put out. The Roosters are bigger than one player — the club needs to step in, set the standard, and protect our future.”

did he make any communications to the players? what if the players don't read or believe what is said in the papers?
if other players at the club have used coke is it fair that only rads gets done? what if it turns out that half the team has used coke in the last year? did rads use with others on that week off?
