At this point in time this is where the Hip Drop rule and punishment is at.

If Montoya had Syndesmosis following the Hynes tackle. 1 week suspension
Minor strain which is the case in this instance. Fine and free to play.
Unable to access the Montoya's doctors report before the MRC deadline. 1 week suspension based on initial diagnosis without a scan.

    Farking amateur hour imo.

100% it was a hip drop tackle. despite the name a player doesn't need to use his hip, just his body. rather than staying on his feet and using force to bring the player down, hines used the weight of his body. the mrc have acknowledged that by charging him.
montoya's not playing this week which makes the whole thing odd.
but yesterday's news. there's something good about facing them at full strength

But Lossy how did the NRL the refs & the bunker let us make the 8?
Surely with the NRL being corrupt they would make sure we’re not in the 8.
Can we win the comp Lossy?

Last time I was there was in 2013. My wife was pregnant and we'd booked seats in the stand for her (it was also raining heavily). Some tosser stood at the entrance to their seating with an 'official' badge saying 'NUP... NO ROOSTERS FANS ALLOWED IN THE SEATS!!!' We were like 'we have farking tickets that we paid for you moron!!! Also my wife's pregnant so this is absolute farking bullshyte if you make us sit in the mud!!!!

She ended up sitting in the mud though a fan who we've bumped into multiple times (kind old lady who always gives us stuff at games) got her a chair, rug and umbrella.

On the way out some farkwit Sharks fan snuck up behind her, shouted (scaring her intentionally) then said some racist BS. It was farking putrid behaviour.

Cronulla is a backwards shytehole that sits somehwere between St George and the Illawarra (somehow they missed the memo about the merger arrangement). Remondis shoulda kept their stadium and turned it into another rubbish dump as it'd be a better usage of the land. Noting there's insufficient traffic flow arrangements and public transport to host NRL games with ~2000 fans attending, let alone a finals match.
You and your pregnant wife had reserved seating arranged at Shark Park, 12 years ago.
You arrive at your reserved seating, and end up giving up your reserved seats for no apparent reason, except that someone was standing in the way of the entry and said "No Roosters Fans". You didn't just show him your ticket and say "**** you". Just gave up your "booked seats".
So you and your pregnant wife instead decided to sit in the mud.
Then you were racially abused on the way out

For god's sake, what am I supposed to say.

You're ok now, right? Both of you?

I don’t think he necessarily asked you to say anything at all.

Not asking for sympathy or validation, mate. Just saying that the Sharks' setup is farkin' putrid and I look forward to putting a cricket score on them.

Montoya will miss tonights game following the Hynes Hip Drop tackle meanwhile Hynes had his charge downgraded and is free to play.

                    Somethings not right here!

To me it felt like one of those 'inconclusive' captain's challenge calls.

The adjudicators searched and searched and searched for a reason for him to get off but couldn't find a loophole. Thus, they gave him a free roll instead of punishing him.

As a player, I like Hynes. I also think Hugo model his game on a player like him. Big, skilful and rangey, defences hang off him allowing him time with the ball to execute a pass, kick or run.
