If they didnt want him to play the dogs they would of just told him to fake an injury i really doubt they would of come out publicly and said that,,,

It's been reported that Nasser doesn't want the Dogs to make any money from $BW, Greenberg wants to move the Easts v Dogs to ANZ for opening round or something like that, which I don't understand, because the 2013 draw wouldn't have even been done yet would it? How is it up to Greenberg to decide where Easts play the Dogs? If it's a Dogs home game it would be at ANZ anyway & if it's an Easts home game well he can go do something nasty to himself if he thinks he can influence where we play our home games, if someone can explain it to me I'd be be very thankful.

In all fairness mate I think its up to the NRL and the CEO's of both the Roosters and Bulldogs to decide when and where.

But for Nasser and his posse having a say as to when and where and why an NRL game is played??? This truly has become a circus already. It's giving me anxiety!

I think you should read my post again, I said Todd Greenberg the CEO of the Dogs was trying to influence where the game was played, not Khoder Nasser. Nasser doesn't want $BW to pump up the Dog's gate takings by playing against them.

Greenburg wants the opening round at anz so the bulldogs can financially gain from the massive gate takings that would occur.

Our spineless pea hearted management should not give in to either party. Not having him play means he collects massive coin to sit on his backside and doesn't give the club the best chance the best opportunity to win the match.

Also as round 1 next year should be our home game against souths, we should do everything possible to preserve that fixture.

It would not surprise me if the NRL stepped in to ensure the bulldogs get their way.

Would you believe the way the NRL operates is the clubs can submit their preference as to when they would like to play certain teams and where.. Even which teams to play once or twice.. the NRL then supposedly tries to allocate as fairly (lol) as possible.. Obviously the Roosters and Souths have nominated round 1 to play each other with the home ground alternating each year for Round 1. Same as we and the Dragons nominate for ANZAC day. We lost the Good Friday game to the Tigers and Bronco's as obviously they made that match a priority and we decided to hang on to ANZAC day instead...
