From that moment, he made a personal commitment to his teammates and club to educate himself on peer pressure and drug use, determined to turn a misstep into a moment of growth. Since then, he’s committed to educating himself and using his experience to guide younger players and kids coming through the ranks about the dangers of drugs and unsavoury outside influences. He’s turned a moment of weakness into a platform for growth, accountability, and leadership that will only benefit the Roosters and the NRL

Mmmm, well, that's how I hope it goes down

      Foketi can play instead.
Totally agree,if true then see ya later Victor and don’t let the door hit you on the way out champ..

        • I feel that this is going to get worse rather than better. Radley has not been charged and there is no case deemed or implied against him. So, after the hearing where he is not charged, what grounds does the club have for dismissing him fairly? Unless Victor says mia culpa he would have exceptionally strong grounds for unfair dismissal. Lose/lose situation.

The Cheese will be under oath in court and will be requested to decode those txts which could implicate others. Perjury is a criminal offence and carries a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment.

The Alleged dealers sound like bad people. The Cheese is in hot water imo.

Actually, he's not required to say anything, or decode anything, if that's how his legal team decide to play it.

Happy to stand corrected by qualified legal persons on this forum. ISM?

              • Hasn’t the cheese left a stain on our club
                Who recruited him?
3 years of average footy, injuries, on and off field poor performance, drugs and taking money from players for betting then potential to derail a rooster hero on rads
has anyone done so much damage to our club?
even when he is gone we can’t let him go

                • As much as I love Radley it is all his fault (if true)
You can’t blame the police, Radley did it!
I don’t care if everyone does it, it is against the law and reflects poorly on our club.
I hate the victim mentality of our generation, Like when I got done for speeding, my fault not the Police officer who booked me.

In saying that, Rads is being judged by unproven evidence ATM, so don’t like it at all, have to wait and see what comes out in court.

I actually posted this in the Brandon Smith thread but thought it should go in here as well.
And just on a side note, that was a long time ago When I got done for speeding, I have all 13 points ATM

Rads did it to himself, if he did indeed take or sorcery cocaine no one shoved it up his nose . Ridiculous argument that half of people do it .It's illegal

I back our policies over any player. However, equally I'm gonna:
                      - Let the court do their work. Cheese has been charged and is saying 'not guilty'.
                      - Let Easts do their own investigations and make their own conclusions.

Oh and above all fark Fox Sports. Never trust a word they say.

                        • Radley has been damaged goods for a while and nowhere near the level he was when he started but I’d wanted to give him grace mainly because of the effort he’s put in for the club and the fact he seems like a good bloke.

Burnt his goodwill now. I’d sack him immediately purely from the disrespect he’s shown Nick P and dragging our clubs name and his teammates through the mud for his stupidity. Good way to clear cap space.

                          • Just now...at about 7.50am...on my largish tv screen were shown...cheese in Souths jersey taking up half the screen and one of his alleged texts the other half. Then Radley in Roosters jersey the same, one of his texts and his photo taking up all the screen.
Repeat for all their alleged texts.

One of my favourites, would be sad to see him sacked over this.
