Well the individual that wants the ball in his hand creates his own destiny..

just watch were our 6,9 were..Oh wait you cant even see them there on the other side of the field...

        Field goals by Mitchell Pearce.

        R12,2008 Sydney Roosters v Wests Tigers HB 1 1
        R16,2009 Sydney Roosters v Cronulla HB 1 1
R8,2011 Sydney Roosters v Gold Coast Titans HB 1 1
Three in six years. No wonder people can't remember them.

I was being light on him. I am more than frustrated about his game in general

A few little plays stood out for me tonight AT 20 all QLD kick long the ball stays in the in goal field of play From that 6 we marcgh down field Pearce kicks to the corner the ball rolls dead Qld tap restart at the 20 from that set of 6 Cronk nails a FG form 40 out Last play of the game same sort of position Pearce misses

Tries hard but will never ever be a great player Great players make the plays Pearce didnt tonight

with the amount of wraps that have been put on our number 7 would make him a world class player, and world class players do the impossible and kick field goals with seconds to go, but we dont have a world class 7, we have a good NRL player at best that has been given many doors opened for him maybe because of his father but they have been opened for him but he has not shown the goods. is he the most over rated player in the last 3 years?

How about Pearces one on one miss on thurston which led to a try? That was pretty costly.

How about the constant crappy kicks... They were pretty costly

How about the numerous times pearce was a speed hump???

Worst origin performance from a halfback I have ever seen.

I have always been a Pearce apologist but that stops now.

He is a solid first grade halfback and that's about it.

Carney played his part that set of 6 getting them downfield with the cross field kick Pearce just could not finish it off as usual

Hear, hear. Completely average. Can't defend him anymore, it's impossible.

That field goal was way closer to the side line and pressure from thaiday...Cronk was with no one m in sight plus that was the only thing he did all night and made a big difference

Farah droping the ball no pressure

pearce does 14 tackles , misses 7 , carney does 11 , misses 8 & farah does 54 only misses 1... , pearce also needs to learn how to create some spark imo , saying that he doesnt have a good five eighth with him or a good backline \ forward pack aside him is no excuse , we all saw tonight .

He still missed and the way Cronk nailed it I am sure he would have nailed it had there been a bit more pressure You do realise it sailed almost over the black dot and almost dead in goal

Hopefully nsw selectors have realised what some of us have been saying for a long time and drop pearce, otherwise qld 8 series in a row is on the cards.

If Stuart remains coach that will never happen
How would he drop the best halfback in the world
