Anyone still rating Wallace above Pearce?

Wallace's attaking play is better than Pearce but Pearce's kicking game is far much better than Wallace's.

how much farken help do the drongos get from the ref. its turning into a real joke. who else would get put on report for a high shot when you are in a surrender tackle position on your back with the ball in one arm and the other up in the air as defence. .....then the drongos get the try.

love how they allowed the double movement try from the news ltd team. sliding with a shark holding him (which is a tackle) the the drongos right arm is lifted and promoted forward after it was on the ground. what a joke.

Broncos were missing 10 regular first graders for most of the match and cronulla only just held on to win.

The two guys in pink made sure that the missing players were pretty well covered last night.

You have got to be kidding, Pearce only kicks cross field bombs to no avail or the clearing kick down field. He has no short kicking game he never chips over the top for himself or a flying centre or FB, he never grubbers the ball into the in goal gaining a repeat set, when in the opposition 10 metre area he never runs to the line dropping the ball on his toe (Alfie style). He throws a beautiful pass & is a terrific defender with a big heart. His kicking game & reading the play is what he needs to continue to work on.

Wallace is older & was taught by the best so at this stage he is a better allround player than Pearce IMO

I think you've got it the wrong way around tbh, nearly all of Wallace's try assists have come from kicks. Pearce is a far better ball player, Wallace a far better kicker (certainly his short kicking game anyway).

Pearce was trying to play catch up footy, we were at a pretty dire stage in the game.

Brisbane were one try behind, it was a match deciding play.

I hate to add context to your wonderful story but the bias against Pearce is starting to get a little boring.
