Taking into account Mickie Lane's post and the other information in this thread plus the signing of Junior Tupou:

        1. Tedesco 2. Daniel Tupou 3. B. Smith 4. Naqaqanitawase 5. Junior Tupou 6. Sandon Smith 7. Savala 8. Makatoa 9. Ioelu 10. Whyte 11. Roberts 12. Steep 13. Foketi

        14. Dockar-Clay 15. Losalu 16. De La Salle Va'a 17. McCathie

        ---

I think our starting line up should be able to go well against the Tigers although our bench is very poor. Have seen very little of Roberts, Va'a and McCathie but they're in the top 30 so would be the next men up to play.

On the Roosters home page the listing for players comes to 32, McCathie or Junior Tupou are not on the list which would come to 34
I thought clubs could only have 30 players?

I go with Townsend over a young player simply because experience is a very positive thing especially with this side where only 2 players have played over 70-80 games of first grade (Teddy and Tupou). Admittedly I've never seen Ethan Roberts or Max McCathie play but they are second rowers in the top 30 and have to be the next men up since we have no other options right now, good opportunity to blood them in first grade and see how they go.

Tigers will pretty much be full strength except for Luai so a good test for our depth, definitely a winnable game for us although I think it'd be a close one.
no sandon mean we rely on hugo at 50% as kicker. yeh nah

I would be shocked to see Roberts included. He is not a first grader yet.

D Va’a was so puffed during yesterday’s reserve grade I don’t think he’s match fit for NRL yet.

Why no Sandon? I thought he was cleared?

I think Egan Butcher will be in the 17. We'll need him.

                      I would go;

                      1. Tedesco
                      2. Tupou
                      3. B Smith
                      4. King (As Thirteen said, mail seems to be that he will get picked ahead of Rodwell)
                      5. Nawaqanitawase
                      6. S Smith
                      7. Savala
                      8. Whyte
                      9. Ioelu
                      10. Makatoa
                      11. E Butcher
                      12. Foketi
                      13. Steep

                      14. Dockar-Clay
                      15. Losalu
                      16. I Seve/K Magele (Similar feelings to Thirteen that DLS Va'a has looked really lethargic since coming back, just looks shot for energy. No doubt that infection took a lot out of him). I'd give one of the young kids a shot.
                      17. McCathie (Can cover edge forward and lock-forward & has been training with first grade squad for last 2 seasons).

Aston Warwick is the other name I wouldn't be surprised to be given an opportunity just based on the shortage of second rowers, signed with us from the Panthers this year. Real solid performer on the egde in NSW Cup.

I feel really bad for Elliott because he had played dummy half the last two weeks which makes me think Robinson was going to use Dockar-Clay as a middle forward and Elliott would've been a utility off the bench. Unfortunately another hip drop tackle and potential MCL (I think our 7th of the season) looks to have ruled him out.

Tigers now without Tallyn Da Silva.

1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

According to this article, even with Junior added, we only have 27 players.
