Sites like this are not above the law and are required to have a system in place where complaints are dealt with independently. This site totally lacks this.

I ask, and a number of others have too , why you could be both a moderator/administrator and a poster – it is a conflict of interest which needs to be addressed by the site owner from day 1 as you cannot be both.

r6 isn't clueless about footy. the fact that you're saying that says you're a bit worked up. he didn't say he won't ever apologise for any defamatory remarks, he said he doesn't believe he's defamed you. given that this is an anoymous site and you have not been identified i think he has a point. he'd also make the case that his comments were accurate.

i'm not sure it's realistic to ask for moderators who can't post. why would anyone do the job of moderating if they can't have their say too? how much do moderators get for doing the job? can't imagine it's much, maybe it's nothing.

I assume you are responding to me. You and your legal advisors, as expected, are totally wrong and clearly have mistaken me for someone else. Just so you and your legal advisors understand clearly, I HAVE NOT BEEN BANNED, EVER. I find your comment regarding my banning to be dishonest, disparaging and defamatory; as such I request a formal apology and retraction of your comment.
