Apparently Young moved all his stuff up to Newcastle over the recent bye and will be doing his post game recovery with the Knights squad tomorrow.

Going to be major questions asked if he has a stinker today that leads to a Knights win.

A stinker is quite possible but on recent form, would not be out of character.

Do we honestly expect to get anything out of DY in this game? Hopefully he tries to impress his future team mates. What that means exactly, remains to be seen.

So both our first grade reserves - Ethan King and Tom Rodwell - are playing in the NSW Cup this afternoon. I assume one will back up and play again if we get a string of concussions today?

I’m excited to see our young, dynamic forwards get another crack in FG. They blew Cronulla off the park last time we missed our Origin stars and I’m quietly confident of another dominant display tonight. Teddy will continue to show the NSW Origin selectors that they just don’t get it. The only risk to us is having Dom Young playing against the team he joins after the game; crazy decision and in my mind a missed opportunity to play either King or Rodwell on the wing for experience.

If you actually believe that, and you think as a professional athlete he would intentionally have a bad game tonight to corrupt the result of a game, in front of everyone and the worldwide TV audience, to in some way help the club he is moving to...then you are a complete idiot

Where the hell did I suggest he would be deliberately throwing the game what I was getting at there would be major questions asked about Young's focus and preparation given his current circumstances if he doesn't play well.
