  • Rads sad seemed a heap quieter in the 2nd and I get it. Collins doesn't have the impact and even Spence was quiet
But we had 4 or 5 backing up from SOO and they had none.

In the end too many errors, crappy completions and poor cause it's a came we could've won

      • 5th game they have thrown away...so many errors after a great effort last week...bombed 3 chances to score first half..we are better than Canberra just didn't have the Discipline.Collins is useless needs some coke. BILKY smith is a starue in attack has been for weeks.Unlucky game but that the usual story...building to a comp next year.

Low Set Completions Puts too much pressure on your D in giving the opposition more sets - A repeat of the Dogs game - Roosters credited with 459 tackles tonight - Teams usually make an average of 320 to 360 tackles in a game.

          Roosters tackles each game

          376 vs Brisbane - L
          332 vs Penrith - W
          448 vs Warriors - L
          362 vs Titans - L
          402 vs Souths - L
          299 vs Broncos - W
          379 vs Penrith - L
          272 vs Dragons - W
          313 vs Dolphins - W
          325 vs Dogs - L
          310 vs Sharks - W
          459 vs Raiders - L

They need to improve all KPI's and especially the one's highlighted
          • Possession - Roosters 42% - Raiders 58%
          • Set Completions - Roosters 65% - 26/40 - Raiders - 86% - 37/43
          • Line Breaks - 4 each
          • Errors - Roosters 16 - Raiders 8
          • Tackles - Roosters 459 - 29 missed - Raiders 304 - 39 missed
          • Average set distance - Roosters 36 metres - Raiders 41 metres
          • All Run Metres - Roosters 1443 - Raiders 1731
          • Kicks - Roosters 19 - 575 metres - Raiders 31 - 778 metres
          Satisified?

Yes fair point, but if Egan holds the ball maybe we start building some momentum and turn the tide..I guess we will never know.

Considering we lost by 2 points, that error was very costly in my opinion..

            • Interestingly, we have a Bye, Newcastle, Cowboys, Bye and Tigers upcoming. To be honest, origin players or not I will be very confident in all of those games. We might just bank 10 points in a row.

Last time we had the disappointing loss to the Dogs, we came out and flogged Cronulla. With N Butcher, Whyte and Walker due back for the Newcastle game, with us coming off a Bye, I don't really envy them.

I don't have a strong opinion on Egan one way or the other, I think he's a good squad player who needs to improve.

But in fairness to him he also had to make 33 tackles in 39 minutes before making that error. I think the "maybe" happened a long time before he came onto the field.

His maybe was just the 20th maybe of the game and coincidentally happened when the Raiders took the lead.

Haha he never looked likely at all. The only reason he wasn’t out on his own feet was he hadn’t done anything prior.

You really are a rambling fool.

Got my thread closed in record time...you just are a class less shit stirrer.

Tell me how you came about with "The Chook Pen staff member title"... serious question.

You one of those no talent geeks who rides the coat tails of others? What do you offer apart from being a protected smart arse?

they had Hudson young. But neither he or Watson, leniu or Collins played huge minutes in origin.

They also lost Fogarty before kickoff, no starling, and started a rookie in the halves.

losing to the raiders shits me more than losing to Souths and manly.

                        • We got schooled by a more patient, experienced and hard working football team who are at the top of the ladder.

no shame or surprises there surely.

aside from the errors, all our attack was based of chancey nonsense.

i was never confident we were on top the whole game.

                          we’ll get there.

                          but we’re missing a playmaker and… Jared.

                          • Four of our forwards made 45+ tackles.
None made 100M with Steep and Foketi our best.
Our dropped balls completely fcuked our go forward.
We had about 7 plays in their red zone compared to their 50+ at one point. Not sure we got passed 10 overall and one 6again.
Were their completions 100% in the second half?
To lose by 2 points is a massive effort.
As Robbo said in the presser the last 3 weeks we played three of the top teams to see where we are at. We have a very good team who will get better as we always do in the back end of our season and we have Sammy, Whyte and NButch to come back.
                            Get excited.

Bit hard to take carries when we don’t have the ball.
