IMO I would give Jason Taylor the top job for next year with an option for 2 years in our favor. That way depending on how we go in 2013 we can then make the decision on whether to go for Bellamy/Robinson in 2014. This makes it fair for Taylor too, as he has done his time in U20s.

When we get rid of Smith, I would get rid of Elliot too. Bring back Pay as an assistant along side Fitzgibbons.

My initial preference was for a young and hungry coach with a fresh approach, (Taylor or Robinson) but with $BW coming next season and only locked up for that season we are going to have to go with experience and someone that can handle the immense pressure the club will be under from Day 1, so either stick with Bwian (no chance of premiership) or bring back Stuart. (chance of premiership)

I wouldn't be against Ricky coming back. I think whole place needs some intensity & a few blokes need a rocket put up them. Also Ricky would most likely put some attacking/defensive structures into play. Not many coaches of high quality around though at the moment.
