If Easts were looking for a new coach, who would you prefer?

I would like to see Smith stay involved in the club to maintain continuity.

Ditto for Taylor. He has done his apprenticeship with the Roosters Toyota Cup and knows the up and coming players strengths and weakness. I think he has always had talent as a coach but has previously lacked maturity.

Continuity? You mean so we get continuity in results? You cannot sack a coach and appoint them in a role overseeing the new coach. If you replace a coach, then he and his support staff all have to go and allow the new coach complete autonomy in who assists him.
