Good to see Nat butch back and also DLSV back in nsw cup for first time
        walker not far away
tough game with 7 first graders out

Townsend also injured last week in nsw cup

Could be a game we get out to sword which we have an excuse or rise from the unexpected like Penrith and beat them somehow

sucks that SOO may stop our finals hopes

I don't mind that the NRL is played during Origin time, that's a test for depth and young players and it has created some great moments, the problem I do have is that teams like the Broncos, Cowboys and Storm get the bye when they're severely impacted by Origin and other sides do not.

Do away with the Origin bye.

I just hope the roosters remain competitive… well , for most of the match anyway.
Gosford is a long way to go to watch a flogging.

Pretty much confirms that everyone saying in the pre season that Tyler Moriarty was light years away from the NRL were on the money

The Sharks will score 18 points down Young's channel and find 12 more points across the park so we'll need to score more than 30 points to win this game if not 36 points.

We've got nothing to lose so we should play high risk footy and hope for the best.

Our season hindges on our games verses the Dogs, Sharks & Raiders.
We already lost to the Dogs & if we lose to Cronulla & Canberra well then our season is over.

Our defense in the front of the posts this year as been fairly poor also.

150th game for Rads this week.

Congrats to him. Let's hope he has a big game.

Should be a good game this weekend. Whilst you're missing a heap of your forwards you still have some decent players. And often when kids get their shot they really want to prove they're first grade material.

Sharks are far from full strength though so that agenda has no legs - we're missing 5 players, 4 would be in our 17. - Katoa, Stonestreet, Wilton, Rudolf and Hazelton. So we're missing 3 of our top 17 forwards. We just have very good forward depth.

Good luck, but not too much. If Sharks go in thinking it's going to be easy then anything can happen. I'm going to assume Fitz will have the boys in the right headspace, especially as we have a bye and doubt they want to lose going into the bye.

Tyler has been injured a lot though and only returned last week after syndesmosis surgery and rehab so probably not in contention after limited return game time.

Be interested how Benaiah Ioelu goes as he was a player they were flying over and back from NZ for a time - Came through the Central Coast Roosters Pathways - Harold Matthews and Laurie Daley Cup and then onto the Sydney Roosters pathways SG Ball and beyond - 21

Thank god he doesn't qualify for Origin.
