There is going to be some contract upgrades
toia and Billy smith could go from $250ksih to $7-800k in a couple of years time if they stay fit

Whyte could easily be up to $800k and should well be there or above Collins and Spencer as our leader and best prop

Wong as well, then guys like steep and Foketi will see upgrades

between Walker, Watson and Spencer upgrades starting next year there is also another $1m

is odd though after looking 6 guys worth $4m and only getting Townsend where it is at the moment! Unless we forward load contracts

You just mentioned rumour! Exactly there was 100 rumours about it , and the comment above is just another rumour.
on dally m results and our lack of front row options with Collins and Spencer being overpaid I’m yet to see yet that is has worked for the better for us.

That's the problem with so called "true rumours"

Anyone can start them to blacken an innocent players name to their own advantage.

May had publc backing from some of the playing group who obviously wouldn't support a player like that.

Robbo's vague comments on him created all the rumours in the first place.

He’s been backed to make most peoples sides! Yes he might not but playing 70-80 min a week and making over 40 tackles at 98% I don’t know what else he needs to do to satisfy any more requirements to be selected

Just shows what a rubbish stat tackle efficiency is, you’ve got so many good options at SOO level there’s no reason to be compromising on defence.

Munster caught him out in defence twice on the weekend, once for being lazy at B marker and then the second just a strong fend into the chest as he was slow to close the space. No need to give him the same opportunity again in the Origin arena to expose his defensive deficiencies.

This isn’t new news, I was critical of both Whyte & May’s defence at the back end of last year for us. Will be a big test up against the Dogs & Raiders packs in the next couple of weeks for Whyte to see how much he’s improved.

Exactly. Really sick rumours that hurt multiple people when they are proven false. All for some footy fans to try and justify why he isn’t at our club any more.

Gus had a bit to say about the May brothers last night when they did a story on his brother Taylan. He said they are different and it’s because of their unique upbringing. He said their communication skills are different to the average person and a little strange and hard to get used to. But they’re honest and hard working.
