    Impossible.
Can't happen, so he gets punted.
    Not nice.
He's getting punted because his defence is pathetic and his carries are as forceful at as a wet lettuce leaf. One of the all time worst Roosters signings this guy

If Newcastle want him back desperately and we can only offer him a spot in reggies then IMO it makes sense to expedite the process instead of hanging onto a guy without offering him further opportunities.

I reckon there's nothing worse than being in a scenario where you're going nowhere if you stay. A good manager won't hold onto staff just because they can. They'll find a way to cope and move on if asked.

I am not as happy about this as others here are but i am also not unhappy.

maybe i am a glass half empty kinda guy, but we have been lucky with injuries and just get nervous we are about due to get one. Hope I am wrong.

maybe in the back of my mind I just wanted it to work and am prepared to give him more time..too much time?

The chooks might not win the comp this year but each week we are looking better and their effort is something i am proud of.

          Going nowhere? Unhappy?
I'd be happy going to the bank and withdrawing my contract money.
The 4 yr contract I signed.
          But then, I'm like that.

Tait is just a kid. I wouldn't be writing him off. As for being a lightweight, the Roosters site says he's 193cm and 90kg. Hardly a runt.

I wouldnt let him go this year.
What are the odds that Billy, Toia, Marky or Toops get injured if he goes.

                Hey Sally!

Looks like all of us armchair critics do know what we’re talking about.

He's not a Watts / Carter / Meehan...etc kinda signing. IMO he's a good signing but has struggled with defence at a time where a union convert, a young gun and a bloke who's been sidelined for 5+ years due to injury are all firing.

This is all after Manu and Sua'ali'i have left us... which your average punter would assume meant there was a spot available for him.

Curious what our salary cap position would look like if he did leave. Sigh.

More importantly surely Coach Robinson has endorsed this

Maybe and hopefully a little more proficient.

Depth players don't need to be flash. They just need to nail the basics and not be a liability!

                        lol

King Muppet is currently struggling with Labor's landslide victory and now the Dominator has to pack his bags.

Hopefully Souffs sign Dom and his number 1 fan can follow him over to The Burrow.

Mmm interesting one I agree with rooster 6
although I agree $600k is to high for someone outside our 17 we have bugger all depth outside him and he is next in line so we maybe very thin if he goes when injuries occur
unless we have a backup plan

seems he also killed it in nsw cup as well - 1 try, 2 try assist - 180mtr and 7 tackle breaks so he didn’t go back and sulk - and it could be just a media build up

shame as his pace and try scoring ability is awesome - a freak of an athlete
i Always hoped he would improve his defence and yardage - just hasn’t got there! Interesting if another coach could turn it around

otherwise my preference would be hold onto him to end of year and let him go for final 2 seasons and lock down 1-2 depth outside back signings

Looking at this again it’s another f up by recruitment and retention

similar to cheese, or re signing players only to let them go months later like Keary or you know who - who must not be named

what the **** is going on - maybe we are finally making up for some mistakes over the last couple of seasons

At least wait until the end of the season.
I hope we have a replacement organised.
