It's been obvious from the start that May has been moved on because we have a lot of young, promising forwards that the club want to prioritise like Naufahu Whyte, Siua Wong and the Va'a brothers but because of what Terrell May's dickhead brothers have done in the past people just automatically assumed he did something wrong but the statement put out by the club almost confirms nothing has happened and this was just a tough decision that we make almost every year that somehow became a bigger issue than it should have been.
I'm really not sure why people can't see that we are going to give other youngsters a chance over a guy who is going to turn 26 in a couple of months and can negotiate with rival clubs in 12 months time. If he has a great season 2025 there was a chance he would leave us anyway and I wouldn't mind betting that's also played a part in the decision.

Is May getting a better deal at the Tigers? I hear it’s 2 million over 3 years. I have no clue if we are buying Hunt or some other player. All I know is we have a decent enough team if we play to form to make the top 8 bar the butchers. Get rid of both of them. Stronger packs run right through them. The Vaa brothers are far better.

So the Hunt, or other big signing must be very close.

Good outcome for all involved by him going to a team of no hopers, it won't be as costly as him going to a Top 4-6 rival. Good payday for him aswell.
Only downside is our forward pack has lost xfactor and we are weaker for it at this present moment. Baffling call.

The Wests Tigers have agreed to terms on a three-year deal with prop forward Terrell May after he was granted an immediate release from the Sydney Roosters.
The Tigers have edged out St George Illawarra for May’s services on a lucrative deal that will see him remain at the joint venture club until at least the end of 2027.
May informed St George Illawarra coach Shane Flanagan of his decision on Monday morning.
The news is a significant boost for the Wests Tigers, who have been looking for a frontrower during the past few months.
They’ve held conversations with both Canberra’s Corey Horsburgh and Brisbane’s Kobe Hetherington but were unable to land a deal.
Part of the appeal of linking with the Wests Tigers was reuniting with the likes of Jarome Luai and Sunia Turuva.
